The Project Management Assistant will provide the Project Management team with administrative support in project planning, executing, monitoring and control of all projects within region or for the assigned client. The incumbent will work closely with all functions in region to ensure successful setup, administration and closure of all project in region.
In the role of Project Management Assistant, you will:
Assist with setting up project plans and keeping on top of project plan scope/run date changes
Be responsible for budgeting, estimating and controlling of project costs
Enter and transfer budgets to Oracle and monitor costs during the span of the projects
Set up Kick Off meetings and be part of Hand-over meetings
Track run completion and updating of Oracle
Create and issue invoices
Maintain and ensure that the MST reflects accurate data in terms of run, report dates and Sales/Margin numbers
Work closely with Commercial Operations and Sales have thorough knowledge of the ITO/OTR process
Work closely with accounting and Finance
Qualifications/RequirementsAssociates Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 5 years of experience in administration of business activity )
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration of business activity
Ability and willingness to handle business sensitive and confidential information
Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Ability and willingness to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
